Ham and Potato Soup

Ingredients

1 Baked Potato Soup Mix
6 cups water
2 cups potatoes, diced
2 carrots peeled and chopped
1/2 cup celery
1 cup cooked ham, cubed

Directions

Combine Soup Mix with water and bring to a boil.  Add in remaining ingredients and reduce heat.  Simmer approximately 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft and vegetables are tender.  Stirring occasionally.  

Serve in individual bread bowls for a fun presentation and use the bread for dipping!
