|1||Baked Potato Soup Mix|
|2 cups||potatoes, diced|
|2 carrots||peeled and chopped|
|1 cup||cooked ham, cubed|
Combine Soup Mix with water and bring to a boil. Add in remaining ingredients and reduce heat. Simmer approximately 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft and vegetables are tender. Stirring occasionally.
Serve in individual bread bowls for a fun presentation and use the bread for dipping!
