Zucchini Bites
Ingredients
| 1 | Smokehouse Bacon & Cheddar Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix |
| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| 1 | zucchini |
| 1/2 cup | shredded cheese |
| 1/4 cup | bacon crumbles or bits |
Directions
Prepare cheeseball mix with cream cheese (no butter). Slice zucchini into 1/4" thick slices. Top with 1 Tbs of mixture. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese and topping packet and return to oven for approximately 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with cheese and bacon bits.
