Tuscan Olive Boat


1 Tuscan Olive Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix
8 oz cream cheese
4 Tbs butter
1/4 cup sliced olives
1/4 cup diced tomatoes, seeded & well drained.


Combine Tuscan Olive Cheeseball Mix, cream cheese, and butter.  Shape into a ball and chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.  Roll in Tuscan Topping and place on serving plate.  Press an indentation in the center of the cheeseball with the bottom of a small bowl.  Fill the indentation with sliced olives and tomatoes.  Serve with toasted bread, sliced bagels, French bread, sliced baguettes, or crackers.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.  Makes 12 servings.
