Tuscan Olive Boat

Ingredients

1 Tuscan Olive Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix
8 oz cream cheese
4 Tbs butter
1/4 cup sliced olives
1/4 cup diced tomatoes, seeded & well drained.

Directions

A simple and elegant appetizer!

Combine Tuscan Olive Cheeseball Mix, cream cheese, and butter.  Shape into a ball and chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.  Roll in Tuscan Topping and place on serving plate.  Press an indentation in the center of the cheeseball and fill with sliced olives or tomatoes. Serve with toasted bread, sliced bagels, French bread, sliced baguettes, or crackers.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.  Makes 12 servings. 

Tip:  Try with other flavors such as BLT filled with well drained diced tomatoes topped with chopped cooked bacon.
