Triple Berry Smoothie
|1||Triple Berry Twist Cheeseball & Dessert Mix|
|12 oz||plain yogurt|
|1 cup||crushed ice|
|1 cup||berries, fresh or frozen (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)|
|1/2 cup||skim milk|
Combine all ingredients in a blender, mix until smooth. Garnish with light whipped topping and sprinkle with Berry Topping. Serve immediately.
-For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add other favorite ingredients like 1/4 cup oats or protein powder.
-Get crazy! Feel free to modify this recipe! Substitue different kinds of fruit, soy or almond milk, and add nutritional supplement powders, wheat bran, oats . . . or whatever yummy and nutritious foods your heart desires!
