Sweet Potato Pie
|1||Harvest - Pumpkin Pie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix|
|1||8" unbaked pie crust|
|1 cup||brown sugar|
|2 (12 oz.) cans||yams|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie shell for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven.
Combine eggs, sugar, and yams with Pumpkin Pie Cheeseball Mix (topping used later). Pour into pie crust. Cover edges of crust with foil. Bake for 40 minutes. Allow to cool. Serve with whipped topping and sprinkle with Graham Topping.
