Strawberry Shortcake Icebox Cake

Ingredients

1	Strawberry Shortcake Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
8 oz	cream cheese, softened
8 oz	whipped topping
1 box	yelllow sheet cake

Directions

1. Prepare sheet cake as directed on box and let cool. 

2. In a medium mixing bowl; combine Cheeseball Mix with 8 oz cream cheese. 

3. Fold in whipped topping. 

4. Spread cheeseball mixture on top of cake. 

5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with Topping Mix (included) before serving. 

*Optional: Decorate with fresh strawberries or add additional layers like fresh fruit, crushed cookies, or whipped cream.
