Strawberry Shortcake
Ingredients
| 1 | Strawberry Shortcake Cheeseball & Dessert Mix |
| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| 12 oz | whipped topping |
| 6 | Shortbread (sub: biscuits or sponge cake) |
| 2 cups | sliced strawberries |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
Directions
Combine Cheeseball Mix (Topping used later) and cream cheese; mix until smooth. Fold in 8 oz of the whipped topping. Combine sliced strawberries and sugar.
To serve, layer shortbread, strawberries, strawberry shortcake mixture. Repeat and top with remaining whipped cream. Garnish with Vanilla Cookie Topping.
Tip: Use frozen strawberries in syrup if you want them to be really juicy.
