Bacon & Cheddar Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers
|1||Smokehouse Bacon & Cheddar Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix|
|10-12||Mini Orange Sweet Peppers|
|8 oz||cream cheese softened|
|4 Tbs||butter, softened (optional)|
|1||bundle of fresh parsley|
Combine Cheeseball Mix with cream cheese and butter; mix until smooth and set aside.
Cut stems off peppers. Turn pepper on side and cut in half. Once your peppers are halved, remove any seeds.
Spread mixture onto pepper halves. Sprinkle with bread crumb topping (included with Mix).
Push a sprig of parsley into the end of each carrot. Chill until ready to serve!
