Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

1 Cheddar & Ale Soup Mix
8-10 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced)
1 cup grated cheese

Directions

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease large baking dish.

Prepare Cheddar & Ale Soup according to directions on package. Layer potatoes in baking dish. Pour soup over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Uncover and top with grated cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Serves 6-8.
