White Chocolate Peppermint Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients

1	Holiday - White Chocolate Peppermint Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
8 oz	cream cheese
4 Tbs	butter
1 dozen	soft baked cookies

1. Combine cheeseball mix with cream cheese and butter; stir until well combined.

2. Spoon approximately 2 Tbs of mixture on a cookie.

3. Press with another cookie to make a sandwich.

4. Pour included peppermint topping packet on to a plate. Roll each cookies icing into the topping and serve!

*Tip: If making these ahead of time, store in fridge and roll in peppermint topping just before serving.
