Raspberry Cheesecake Trifle
|1||Raspberry Cheesecake Dip Mix|
|8 oz||cream cheese|
|4 cups||pound cake, cubed|
|1 pint||fresh raspberries|
Prepare Raspberry Cheesecake Dip by mixing with water and cream cheese until smooth.
In the bottom of a glass bowl or trifle dish, start with a layer of pound cake, spread half of the Cheesecake mixture over the pound cake followed by a layer of raspberries.
Then add another layer of pound cake and top with a final layer of Cheesecake mixture. Decorate the top with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.
