Ooey Gooey Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

1 SOLD OUT Harvest - Pumpkin Pie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
3 eggs
8 oz cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

2. For the crust, combine cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. 

3. Press into a 9x13 pan. 

4. For the topping, combine Cheeseball Mix (topping used later), cream cheese, 2 eggs, and powdered sugar.

5. Mix until smooth. 

6. Pour mixture into the pan on top of crust and sprinkle with topping. 

7. Bake for 40 minutes. 

8. Let cool before serving.

 

Tip: This recipe works well with all Cheeseball & Dessert Mixes.  Try Lemon Cheesecake with a lemon cake mix!
