Lemon Cheesecake Coconut Balls
|1||Lemon Cheesecake Cheeseball & Dessert Mix|
|8 oz||cream cheese, softened|
|1/2 cup||unsweetened coconut flakes|
Combine cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in Cheeseball Mix and coconut flakes; mix until well combined. ? ? Form into small balls, approximately an inch in diameter. Roll in Graham Crunch Topping Packet (included with Mix). Chill until ready to serve!? ?
Tip: Take these over the top with a quick lemon glaze! Mix 1 Tbs lemon zest with 2 Tbs milk and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. ? ?
