Key Lime Cheesecake Cupcakes


1 Key Lime Pie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 Tbs melted buttter
2 Tbs sugar


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a regular size muffin tin with paper liners. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in a small bowl. Divide evenly into the bottom of each cup.

Next, combine Mix with cream cheese and 1 egg. Beat until smooth. Spoon mixture into each cup, dividing evenly. Bake for 20 minutes until toothpick come out clean. Cool and refrigerate until serving. 

Top with slices of fresh lime and whipped topping. Tip: Use a mini muffin tin to make them bite-sized.
