Jalapeño Poppers


1 Jalapeno Popper Hot Dip Mix
8 oz cream cheese
10 jalapeños, seeded and halved


  1. Combine mix with cream cheese.
  2. Fill each jalapeño half with about a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Optional: top with bread crumbs before baking and sprinkle with cheese during last few minutes of baking time.

Tip: Add 1 lb cooked ground sausage to the cream cheese mixture before filling peppers for a meatier popper!
