Incredible Apple Cake

Ingredients

1	Wind & Willow Cider Mix
2	eggs, beaten
1 box	yellow cake mix
1 can	apple pie filling
1 cup	chopped pecans

Directions

Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.  Pour into a lightly oiled 9x13” pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.  Cool and serve!  Top with whipped cream and caramel sauce for an extra special treat!
