Goat Cheese Appetizer
|1||Savory Herb & Pecan Dip Mix|
|8 oz||cream cheese|
|8 oz||goat cheese|
|1/4 cup||fresh parsley, chopped|
1. Combine Savory Herb and Pecan Dip Mix with room temperature cream cheese and goat cheese.
2. Divide the mixture between two sheets of plastic wrap, forming logs as you tightly cover the portions. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
3. Remove the chilled logs from plastic wrap and roll one in the pecan topping packet, and the other in fresh parsley. Serve with your favorite crackers.
