Goat Cheese Log
Ingredients
| 1 | White Cheddar & Chive Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix |
| 4 oz | cream cheese |
| 8 oz | goat cheese |
Directions
1. Combine White Cheddar & Chive Mix with room temperature cream cheese and goat cheese.
2. Place the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap, forming a log as you tightly cover. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
3. Remove the chilled log from plastic wrap and roll in the chive topping packet. Serve with your favorite crackers.
