Dill Pickle Chicken Salad
Ingredients
| 1 | Cucumber Dill Dip Mix |
| 1/2 cup | mayo |
| 1/2 cup | sour cream |
| 1 cup | dill pickles, diced |
| 1/4 cup | green onion |
| 1 Tbs | fresh chopped dill |
| 4 cups | cooked shredded chicken |
| 6-8 | croissants |
Directions
1. Combine Dip Mix, sour cream, and mayo; set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine shredded chicken, dip mixture, pickles, onion, and dill. Stir until well combined.
3. Refrigerate until serving. Serve on croissants or with crackers!
