Creamy Bruschetta Board
|1||Bruschetta Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix|
|8 oz block||feta cheese|
|1/4 cup||plain yogurt|
|2 Tbs||olive oil|
|1/4 cup||sun dried tomatoes|
In a food processor combine Bruschetta Cheeseball Mix, feta, yogurt, and honey. Blend until well combined (blend longer for a creamier texture).
In a small bowl combine olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, olives, and Topping packet (included with Mix). Stir until well combined.
Spread cheeseball mixture on a cutting board. Spoon tomato olive mixture on top of cheeseball mixture. Serve with pita chips or veggies!
