Creamy Bruschetta Board
Ingredients
| 1 | Bruschetta Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix |
| 8 oz block | feta cheese |
| 1/4 cup | plain yogurt |
| 1 Tbs | honey |
| 2 Tbs | olive oil |
| 1/4 cup | sun dried tomatoes |
| 1/2 cup | olives |
Directions
In a food processor combine Bruschetta Cheeseball Mix, feta, yogurt, and honey. Blend until well combined (blend longer for a creamier texture).
In a small bowl combine olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, olives, and Topping packet (included with Mix). Stir until well combined.
Spread cheeseball mixture on a cutting board. Spoon tomato olive mixture on top of cheeseball mixture. Serve with pita chips or veggies!
