Cheesecake Terrarium

Ingredients

1	Missouri Mud No-Bake Cheesecake Mix
8 oz	Cream Cheese
2 cups	Heavy Whipping Cream
6 cups	Cubed chocolate cake
4 cups	Candy "rocks"
2 cups	Cubed Green color cake
1 cup	Fresh Mint or other herbs
1 cup	Woodland animals of marzipan or fondant

Combine Cheescake Mix with cream cheese and heavy whipping cream. Beat 3 to 4 minutes until stiff peaks form.

In glass jar layer candy "rocks", chocolate cake, Missouri Mud Cheesecake and another layer of chocolate cake.

Top with green cake for moss and fresh herb trees.

Have fun garnishing! Use candy "boulders" and add woodland creatures and "mushrooms" made of marzipan or fondant.
