Cheesecake Cups
Ingredients
| 1 | Holiday - White Chocolate Peppermint Cheeseball & Dessert Mix |
| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| 4 Tbs | butter |
| 1 cup | crushed chocolate cookies or grahams |
| 6-8 | small dessert cups |
Directions
1. Combine cheeseball mix with cream cheese and butter; stir until well combined.
2. Spoon approximately 2 Tbs of crushed cookies into the bottom of each cup.
3. Top each cup with approximately 2 Tbs of cheeseball mixture.
4 Sprinkle mixture with crushed peppermint topping (included). Refrigerate until ready to serve!
