Caramel Apple Tarts


1 SOLD OUT Harvest - Caramel Apple Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
3 or 4 medium apples, cubed (with or without skin)
2 Tbs flour
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
6 baked tart shells


In a mixing bowl, combine Caramel Apple Mix (Topping to be used later) and flour until thoroughly blended.  Add water and salt.  Wisk together until all dry ingredients are dissolved.  Place apple pieces in a medium saucepan.  Pour liquid over apples and cook on high until liquid begins to boil.  Reduce heat to medium high and continue to simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until liquid has been reduced to a thick sauce.  Spoon apples and sauce into tart shells.  Sprinkle with Graham Topping for garnish.  Serve warm!  Makes 6 servings.

Tip:  Top with a spoonful of whipped topping and drizzle with caramel sauce.
