|3 cups||diced tomatoes (drained)|
|4 Tbs||olive oil (divided)|
|1 loaf||French bread|
|1/4 cup||shredded parmesan cheese|
Slice French bread into thin slices; drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and grill or toast in oven just until they begin to brown. Combine Bruschetta Cheeseball Mix & topping, tomatoes, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Spoon tomato mixture onto bread. Top with parmesan cheese and sprinkle with contents of Bruschetta Topping packet.
Option: Add 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach or 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts.
Makes 12-14 servings.
