Bacon and Cheese Zucchini Bites
Ingredients
| 1 | Smokehouse Bacon & Cheddar Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix |
| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| 1 | medium zucchini, 1/4" slices |
| 1/2 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1/4 cup | bacon bits |
Directions
1. Prepare Smokehouse Bacon & Cheddar Mix with cream cheese as directed on packaging.
2. Spoon about 1 Tbs of the mixture on to each slice of zucchini.
3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Pull the baking sheet out of the oven and sprinkle topping packet, cheese, and bacon on to each slice. Bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
