7 Layer Dip Cups
|1||Chipotle Cheddar Dip Mix|
|16 oz||refried beans|
|8 oz||sour cream|
|1 cup||shredded cheddar|
|2.25 oz can||sliced olives, drained|
|8-10||9 oz clear cups|
In a medium bowl combine Dip Mix with sour cream and mayo; stir until well combined and set aside. Spoon refried beans into the bottom of the cups as your first layer. Smooth the top with a small spatula.
Next, add the guacamole. Tap the cups gently to settle the guacamole into an even layer. Now spoon in your Chipotle Cheddar Dip and top with a layer thin layer of salsa. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and olives.
Optional: Garnish with sliced green onions and pico de gallo.
