7 Layer Dip Cups
Ingredients
1 | Chipotle Cheddar Dip Mix |
16 oz | refried beans |
16 oz | guacamole |
8 oz | sour cream |
8 oz | mayo |
16 oz | salsa |
1 cup | shredded cheddar |
2.25 oz can | sliced olives, drained |
8-10 | 9 oz clear cups |
Directions
In a medium bowl combine Dip Mix with sour cream and mayo; stir until well combined and set aside. Spoon refried beans into the bottom of the cups as your first layer. Smooth the top with a small spatula.
Next, add the guacamole. Tap the cups gently to settle the guacamole into an even layer. Now spoon in your Chipotle Cheddar Dip and top with a layer thin layer of salsa. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and olives.
Optional: Garnish with sliced green onions or pico de gallo.
*Use any of our Dip Mixes to make this recipe. Makes 8-10 cups depending on the thickness of your layers.
