Charcuterie Cups

Ingredients

1 Jalapeno Jack Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz nuts
1 box crackers
1 can olives
1 pkg pepperoni slices
1 box cheese straws
1 pkg salami
1 bundle fresh rosemary

Directions

Combine cheeseball mix with cream cheese; mix until smooth. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and roll in topping packet (included). Set aside. ? ?

Start by adding nuts to the bottom of each cup about 1/4 of the way up. Next, place 2 crackers in the cup on top of the nuts. ? ? Next, skewer an olive or two and folded pepperoni slices, add to the cup. Then, skewer 2 cheeseballs and add to cup.

Continue by adding a cheese straw, salami rose, and rosemary sprig.? ? Makes approximately 8-10 cups depending on cup size and ingredients used. ? ?
