No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Icebox Cake

Ingredients

1	Strawberry Shortcake Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
1 1/4 cup	crushed grahams (approx 10 sheets)
1/4 cup	sugar
5 Tbs	butter, melted
1 pint	fresh strawberries, sliced
8 oz	softened cream cheese
16 oz	whipped topping

1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed grahams with sugar. Pour the warm, melted

butter over the dry mix and stir until the mixture resembles wet sand and every

crumb is moistened.

2. Press graham cracker layer into the bottom of an 8x8 pan.

3. Top crust with sliced strawberries.

4. In a medium mixing bowl; combine Cheeseball Mix with 8 oz cream cheese.

5. Fold in half of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture and spread over strawberry layer.

6. Spread remainder of whipped topping for the final layer.

7. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with Topping Mix (included) before serving.

*Optional: Decorate with fresh strawberries or add additional layers like fresh fruit, crushed cookies, or whipped cream.
