Mini Lemon Cheesecake Trifles

Ingredients

1 Lemon Cheesecake Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup crushed graham crackers
4 Tbs melted butter

Directions

1. Prepare cheeseball mix with cream cheese as directed on package and set aside.  

2. Combine Crushed grahams with melted butter and Topping packet, mix until combined.

3. Spoon a thin layer of graham mixture into the bottom of a small dessert cup or shot glass.

4. Next, top with a layer of the cream cheese mixture.  Continue layering until you reach the rim of the glass.

Tip:  Add seasonal candy and toppings for a festive touch.  We topped these with shredded coconut (nest) and candy eggs for spring!
