1 | Cheesy Bacon Dip Mix |
1 cup | sour cream |
1 cup | heavy cream |
1/2 | medium onion, finely chopped |
1 cup | shredded chedder |
1 | salt and pepper to taste |
15 oz | frozen hash brown potatoes |
1 cup | corn flakes, crushed |
1 Tbs | butter, melted |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Dip Mix, sour cream, heavy cream, onion, cheese, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in hash brown potatoes. Pour and evenly spread into a greased 8x8 baking dish. In a medium bowl, melt butter and stir in crushed cornflakes. Evenly top casserole with buttered corn flakes. Bake at for 30-45 minutes. Serve warm!
