|1||Wind & Willow Sweet Cheeseball & Dessert Mix|
|8 oz||Cream Cheese|
|2 sheets||puff pastry|
|1||egg wash, optional|
1. Combine Mix with room temperature cream cheese and egg yolk.
2. Cut puff pastry sheets each into 4 equal pieces. Move the squares to a parchment lined baking sheet. Fold the corners of each piece in about 1" to form an octagon shape.
3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture into the middle of the pastry. Brush the exposed pastry with an egg wash.
4. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 18 minutes. As soon as you pull the baking sheet out of the oven, Sprinkle with topping packet. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
Some of our favorite mixes to use for this recipe include the White Chocolate Amaretto and the Almond Sugar Cookie but any sweet Cheeseball & Dessert Mix works great. Try topping with fresh fruit!
