Prepare Brownie Batter Dip by mixing with water and cream cheese until smooth.
In the bottom of a glass bowl or trifle dish, start with a layer of prepared brownies cut into bite size pieces, spread half of the whipped topping over the brownies followed by Brownie Batter Cheesecake Dip and then finish with another layer of whipped topping.
Optional: garnish with chocolate shavings and fresh mint.
