Criteria for New Wholesale Account Approval
To open a new wholesale account, also referred to as our Retail Partners, we require all businesses to go through a brief approval process. This helps us ensure we can provide the highest level of service and product availability to all our partners.
Currently, we are focusing on expanding our partnerships with established gourmet food businesses who have a physical storefront. This allows us to dedicate our resources to maintaining a robust inventory and providing the personalized support these businesses need.
To give you a better understanding of what we look for in new retail partners, here are a few key criteria:
- Brick-and-mortar commercial storefront location: A dedicated space to showcase our products is essential.
- Focus on gourmet foods: A curated selection of gourmet products aligns with our brand and customer base.
- Customer service focus: We value partners who prioritize excellent customer experiences.
For now, we are not opening new accounts for online-only businesses, big box or warehouse style stores, discount stores, thrift stores, regular grocery stores, or businesses operating within booth spaces.
This may not be a comprehensive list of all criteria but will give you a general outline of criteria used in determining our addition of new Retail Partners.
