Bacon & Cheddar Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

1	Smokehouse Bacon & Cheddar Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix
10-12	Mini Orange Sweet Peppers
8 oz	cream cheese, softened
4 Tbs	butter, softened (optional)
1	fresh parsley

Directions

 1. Combine Cheeseball Mix with cream cheese and butter; mix until smooth and set aside. 

2. Cut stems off peppers and cut them in half. Once your peppers are halved, remove any seeds. 

3. Spread mixture onto pepper halves. 

4. Sprinkle with bread crumb topping (included with Mix).

5. Push a sprig of parsley into the end of each carrot.  Chill until ready to serve!
