Steak with Savory Topping

Ingredients

1 Savory Wind & Willow Cheeseball Mix
8 oz cream cheese
4 Tbs butter
4 Filet Mignon or your favorite cut of steak

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Cheeseball Mix as directed on package and set aside.

2. Season steak with salt and pepper to taste. Cook steak in skillet over medium-high heat. Brown both sides until a dark crust has formed.

3. Top steak with Cheeseball mixture and sprinkle with Topping packet. Bake in oven until steak has reached an internal temperature between 140 and 170 degrees Fahrenheit.

4. Turn oven up to broil and continue cooking until cheese browns (1-3 minutes). Remove from oven and let steak rest before serving.
