| Amaretto Fudge Cookies |
| Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake Mix |
| 5 Tbs butter |
| 1 egg |
| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
| Cream together butter and cheesecake mix (reserve 1/4 cup for later use).
While continuing to mix, add in egg and baking mix. |
| Roll batter into small balls (1 rounded tsp each). Roll in reserved cheesecake mix and place on baking sheet. Make an indention in the middle of each ball and squeeze 1/4 tsp fudge topping into the center of each cookie. |
| Bake 8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving. |

| Cheesecake Crunch Bars |
| Cheesebake mix (Chocolate Amaretto, Key Lime Strawberry, or Caramel Butter Rum) |
| 8 Tbs. Butter |
| 2 eggs |
| 8 oz cream cheese |
| Preheat oven to 350 degrees |
| Combine baking mix with 8 Tbs. of melted butter and 1 egg. Press 1/2 of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8 x 8" square pan, reserving the other 1/2 to be used later. |
| Combine cheesecake mix with 1 egg and 8 oz. cream cheese. Mix until smooth and spread over the crust. |
| Drizzle the contents of the topping pouch over cream cheese filling. (Tip: Placing the topping pouch in hot water for a few minutes will make it easier to drizzle.) |
| Top with the reserved 1/2 of mix. |
| Bake for 45 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |

| Chocolate Amaretto Inside Out Cake |
| Chocolate Amaretto Cheesebake Mix |
| 1/2 cup milk |
| 1/2 cup oil |
| 3 eggs (divided) |
| 8 oz cream cheese |
| Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8 x 8” baking dish with oil. |
| Combine Chocolate Amaretto Mix (cheesecake and topping to be used later), 2 eggs, oil, and milk in large mixing bowl. Mix until incorporated. Pour into prepared 8 x 8 “ dish. |
| In separate bowl combine 1 egg, cream cheese, and cheesecake mix. Beat until smooth. Spoon over cake batter in 8 x 8 dish. Drizzle with Fudge Topping*. |
| Bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold! Refrigerate unused portions. |
| *Placing Fudge Pouch in hot water for a few minutes will make it easier to use. |

| Mayonnaise Cake |
| Chocolate Amaretto Cheesebake Mix (divided) |
| 3/4 cup melted butter (divided) |
| 3 eggs (divided) |
| 2 cups Mayonnaise |
| 2/3 cup milk |
| 1/2 tsp Amaretto or Vanilla flavor (optional) |
| 1/4 cup sugar |
| 3/4 cup pecans (optional) |
| Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8 x 8 cooking pan with oil. |
| Measure out 1 cup of the Chocolate Amaretto Baking Mix; set aside. |
| Combine the rest of the Chocolate Amaretto Baking Mix (Cheesecake Mix and Topping will be used later) with 1/2 cup butter and 1 egg. Press into bottom of prepared pan. |
| Combine Cheesecake Mix, 2 eggs, mayonnaise, milk, fudge topping, and optional amaretto or vanilla flavor and beat until smooth. Pour over batter in pan. |
| Combine reserved Baking Mix, sugar, and 1/4 cup melted butter. Crumble (or drop by spoonful) over top of cake. Sprinkle with pecans. |
| Bake for 55 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. |
