Cafe' y Leche Cake
|1||Tiramisu Cheeseball & Dessert Mix|
|1||chocolate cake mix|
|1 can||sweetened condensed milk|
|1 cup||heavy whipping cream|
|1 cup||brewed coffee|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13" pan.
Prepare cake according to directions on package. Combine Tiramisu Cheeseball Mix (topping used later), condensed milk, cream, and coffee in small saucepan. Stir over medium heat just until ingredients are fully blended. Remove from heat. When cake is done, remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes. While still warm, poke holes in the cake with a knife or fork. Slowly pour milk and coffee mixture over cake.
Option: Garnish with whipped cream and Chocolate Crunch Topping.
Makes 16 servings.
